operated by Local Business Services Pty Ltd (“Local Hustle”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

1. Services Overview
Local Hustle provides digital marketing, directory, communication, promotional and business-support platforms including:
- business listings
- voucher and promotion systems
- messaging systems
- social media publishing tools
- AI-assisted media generation
- review marketing tools
- newsletters and notifications
- property marketing platforms
- vendor and member management systems
Our services may evolve over time.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- be at least 18 years old
- provide accurate information
- comply with applicable laws
- maintain the security of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
3. Business Listings & Vendor Accounts
Businesses using Local Hustle may:

- upload media
- publish offers
- manage vouchers
- communicate with customers
- connect social media accounts
- access marketing tools
Businesses are solely responsible for:
- the accuracy of their listings
- compliance with advertising laws
- pricing and promotions
- customer interactions
- redemption obligations
- legal compliance within their industry
Local Hustle does not guarantee business performance, customer acquisition or sales outcomes.
4. Property Services Disclaimer
Hustle Properties and related services operate as marketing and discovery platforms only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- we do not act as real estate agents
- we do not negotiate property transactions
- we do not provide legal, financial or property advice
- we do not hold trust funds
- we do not guarantee property information accuracy
- we do not guarantee transaction outcomes
Users should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
5. Reviews & User Content
Users and businesses may submit:
- reviews
- comments
- media
- promotional materials
- listings
- messages
- testimonials
You grant Local Hustle a non-exclusive licence to display, distribute and promote submitted content in connection with our services.
Users must not submit:
- unlawful content
- misleading information
- defamatory material
- fake reviews
- abusive or threatening communications
- infringing intellectual property
We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.
6. Social Media Publishing
Businesses may authorise Local Hustle to publish approved content to connected social media accounts.
By connecting social media accounts, you authorise us to:
- publish approved content
- access necessary account permissions
- retrieve limited platform information
- manage connected pages or profiles
Businesses remain responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication where approval workflows are enabled.
7. HCHAT Messaging Services
HCHAT and related messaging systems are intended for legitimate business, customer and platform communications.
Users must not:
- spam other users
- send unlawful or abusive messages
- impersonate others
- distribute malware or harmful content
- misuse notifications or messaging systems
We may monitor, moderate or restrict messaging activity to protect platform integrity and user safety.
8. AI-Generated Content
Some services may involve AI-assisted:
- text generation
- image generation
- captions
- marketing suggestions
- social media content
- media rendering
AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or require human review.
Users remain responsible for reviewing all published content.

We aim to maintain reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

- conduct maintenance
- update systems

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- indirect losses
- lost profits
- business interruption

- marketing performance
- third-party platform outages
- user-generated content
- reliance on AI-generated content
Our total liability is limited to amounts paid directly to us for the affected services where permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Local Business Services Pty Ltd, its officers, staff and affiliates against claims arising from:

- your breach of these Terms
